This unique property sits at the East end of Lake Isabella just off Hwy 178
halfway between Las Vegas and San Francisco and only 2-1/2 hours north of
Los Angeles. The Hillside Ranch has the illusion of remoteness, but is only a
quarter mile away from a supermarket and gas station, and 20 minutes away
from Kernville. Enjoy a sanctuary that offers peace and quiet with
estate-sized lawns surrounded by hundreds of trees for shade and privacy.
By day watch your kids play and by night roast marshmallows at the open fire pit.

These historically charming 1930's style homes were moved onto the property in
1950 from the town of Whiskey Flat, now Kernville. The houses have been a part
of The Hillside Ranch and Kern River Valley history for almost a hundred years.

Stop by for a rest, get a little shuteye and the view ain't bad either.
